Colorado Springs, Colorado
I am excited about my candidacy for CFOA President-Elect. I look forward to the opportunity to serve CHSAA, our schools, coaches, players, and especially you—the officials—over the next six years. My vision is to build upon the great work of our current leadership, ensure that officiating remains an enjoyable and rewarding experience for all, and uphold the integrity of the game.
My path to officiating high school sports began long before I first put on the football uniform. Starting in 2013, and for the next six years, I officiated other sports and supported my husband’s crew from the sidelines in nearly every capacity imaginable: from chain crew and play clock operator to penalty tracker and observer, providing feedback during halftime and after the game. This unique perspective gave me a deep appreciation for the mechanics of the game and the dedication required to manage it.
In 2019, I officially joined the officiating ranks and immediately knew I had found my passion. Since then, I have dedicated myself to serving our community and honing my craft. My commitment has been rewarded with deep postseason assignments from 2020-2025, including a State Championship game in 2022.
I believe leadership is an act of service. I have actively sought opportunities to give back, serving as the CSFOA Executive Board Vice-President (2022-2025) and currently as a CFOA Executive Board Member-at-Large. As a CSFOA Crew Chief for the 2025 and 2026 seasons, I am proud that I was able to help every official on my crew achieve their postseason goals.
To ensure I can lead effectively, I am committed to continuous learning. I have attended high-level officiating camps since 2024 to bring proven techniques from the NFL and NCAA back to CFOA. I have also had the honor of giving back as a clinician at the 2026 CFOA Camp, sharing my knowledge with fellow officials.
As your CFOA President-Elect, I will be dedicated to listening to your needs, learning from your experiences, and working with our leadership team to continue promoting the game we love and the officials who make it possible.
